Remember how Heterodoxies Society took the NZ Govt to court and how the March 2020 lockdown was declared illegal?
Instead of seeking exemptions would it not make more sense to sue the NZ Govt again for the vx mandate? The Weston A Price Foundation, London Chapter state the following: "Art.29 Magna Carta (1297) is law in NZ, it elevates laws like the Bill of Rights 1688 and 1990 that provide civil rights above ordinary laws that impose obligations:

"we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right.""

Sure, us Jo blogs would sue whoever withholds our rights (even out of ignorance) but surely somebody must be in the position to take the NZ Govt to court over the mandate - which is illegal? If Art.29 Magna Carta (1297) is law in NZ then no-one needs an exemption!

The issue you raise... yes it would be good if somebody did as you suggest. I hear it suggested frequently on social media. I'm unsure why it has not been done... yet.
