Two British schoolchildren suddenly collapse at their respective schools

Since when do 11 year olds suffer cardiac arrest? Very very sad. We have observed here in NZ that young children are being taken to hospital with myocarditis. Some have collapsed and died here also. At what point do we say 'enough'?
